Abstract

Karanganyar is one of regency in Central Java province which it’s potential tourist destinations are quite diverse. Nature destinations is one of the tourism assets which commonly found in Karanganyar, facts shown that the existing landscape conditions vary widely from highland terrain to the landscape of coastal lowland forest. Tourism sector contributes in a significance economic scale towards local incomes of Karanganyar Regency. One district which became the center of tourism activities development is Tawangmangu. Tawangmangu district has an integrated tourism destination named Kawasan Wisata Tawangmangu, which consist of several tourism place option like Grojogan Sewu Waterfall, Sapta Tirta, Campgrounds Sekipan, and Taman Ria Balekambang. Because it is the main area of tourism destination in Karanganyar, adequate infrastructure is available and regularly upgraded in the annual basis, because those improvements is needed to support massive tourism activities which might occurred. With the tourism activities development such as newly constructed infrastructure or addition of a few supporting facilities will certainly give effect to the land use transformation of those aforementioned surroundings. This study aimed to analyze the effects of tourism activities towards land use transformation and analyze the causes of changes regarding land use in the Tawangmangu District. In the process of answering these objectives, this study used descriptive qualitative approach. Research on the effects of tourism activities is based on four main analysis, which is tourism characteristic activities, land use transformation, effects of tourism activities towards land use transformation, and the causes of effect of land use transformation. From those four baseline analysis, result shows that tourism activities which has been occurred so far only affects certain areas of Kalisoro, Tawangmangu, and Blumbang. As for the case of land use transformation, in other villages they are not affected by the existence of tourism activities. Besides tourism, land use transformation in the Tawangmangu District also caused by environmental quality, land values, accessibility, also availability of basic decent facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

As time goes by and the increase of the population temporarily or that will be settled in Yogyakarta, then the request will increase the willingness of land to be used for the provision of infrastructure facilities. The area is an example of an area which Seturan construction of apartments quite rapidly. The existence of this apartment is not only addressed to students but also to all walks of life. The existence of these apartments are bringing changes to the development of physical or socio-economic conditions of the Community area Seturan. research aims to assess the extent of the influence of the existence of the apartment to the development of the physical, social and economic areas Seturan, Yogyakarta. Data collection method using questionnaires and interviews on the Community area, and methods of analysis Seturan used are descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the research results can be noted that the existence of the apartment did not have much influence on the existence of an apartment taking action against economic and physical development. The most influence on the development of social conditions. The existence of physical development in the area because the area is SeturanSeturan areas of education including many arriving newcomers who will be growing every year so that people choose to open commercial activity for profit. An influential social development is in the presence of the apartment makes the area more prone, Seturan getting crowded, noisy and jammed. This is caused due to an apartment to make more and the increase of the population and then with increasing population made the region's increasingly congested and jammed. Cartilage often happens is prone to theft, because the area is so crowded with Seturan invite criminals to commit crimes.

Abstract

National Development Planning System and Spatial Planning System are two types of planning system prevailing in Indonesia. The planning system essentially has a plan that is aspasial and spatial. Integration between the Development Plan and Spatial Plan for the challenges ahead in the framework of integrity of the effectiveness and efficiency of government administration. One was conducted by the Ministry of the Interior to make a guide that aims to bridge the two domains of the planning system through Pembangunan Wilayah Terpadu (Integrated Regional Development) which is regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 Year 2013. The main focus in this study aims to assess how effective the mechanisms and procedures Integrated Regional Development Surakarta as an instrument that connects the Development Plan and Spatial Plan using qualitative methods in studying these objectives. Secondary data were obtained from Surakarta City Government planning documents such as RPJMD, RKP, RTRW, RDTR, and PWT. Efforts to bridge between SPPN with SPR needs to be done in order to create the integration of governance in order to realize the sustainable development of Surakarta.

Abstract

The availability of human needs are not all available in one place, but scattered unevenly in different regions. So it will trigger a spatial interaction between one place to another. This happens in the business center of curing fish in Wonosari, Demak. These fish fogging activities triggered the spatial interactions between Wonosari the areas of raw material suppliers and territories marketing of products. This study was intended to determine the pattern of spatial interaction that occurs in the business center of curing fish in Wonosari. With the approach of quantitative research and quantitative research methods descriptive. The analysis used the analysis flow of business activities curing fish and spatial interaction pattern analysis. Analytical results from this research that there are two aspects that led to the occurrence of spatial interaction in business activities curing fish in Wonosari namely the aspect of input (supply of raw material, production equipment, transfer of knowledge) and the output aspect (marketing of products). From the results of analysis show that Juwana is an area of major raw material suppliers of the business center of curing fish in Wonosari, so the most powerful spatial interaction in the aspect of input occurs with the region. In the aspect of output (marketing), the largest market area is to Demak with large sales index to the region by (100%). This shows that the marketing of smoked fish products still dominated sales to the local region. So the conclusion is very strong spatial interaction with other areas occur on aspects of input and output interaction for the most powerful aspects of the local area itself.

Abstract

Patak Banteng is a village at the tracking path to reach the summit of Mount Prau, which visitors has increase. The development of tourism at the village has impact in the economic sector. This research focuses on the influence of tourism on the economy of Patak Banteng Village. The research approach uses a descriptive quantitative to determine the characteristics of existing and also the influence of the tourism on the economy itself.          The research result shows that there is impact of tourism to the local economy in Patak Banteng Village. The existence of these tourist activities accommodate 13 people who previously did not have job and involves 8% of citizens in productive age. From 120 respondents, mostly they have additional income after working in tourism sector, in this case shows one of the positive impacts from tourism activities is increasing resident’s income. One of the adverse effects of tourism itself is dependence, and at the village of Patak Banteng, dependence figure is 43 out of the total respondents and the majority come from tourist manager. Dependence on this tourism can be bad when it comes the time the tourism is closed.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Lembah Hijau Kampung Sukajadi stood since year 2007 and conducive to tourist have an effect on to regional growth about. activity in Lembah Hijau really enough race growth of economic sector supporting tourism activity affecting farm exploiting and activity socialize Kampung Sukajadi, the change generate problem for Kampung Sukajadi area that is different farm exploiting and activity friction from previous function where Kampong Sukajadi representing rural area mostly its farm exploiting used as by a plantation area not yet can place farm exploiting and activity changing very fast effect of Lembah Hijau. This study aimed to assess changes in the activity and land use in Kampung Sukajadi related to the existence of Green Valley, Bandar Lampung. This study used quantitative descriptive and cross tabulation analysis (crosstab). Based on the results of the study, known changes in the activity of an increasing number of actors in the field of trade in services is quite high compared to the time before the existence of the Park Green Valley. While the plantation settlement activity and decreased the number of perpetrators of activity compared to the prior existence of these attractions. The highest land use changes that occurred in the village of Sukajadi related to the existence of the Park Green Valley namely plantation land use changes into land-use trade and service area of 11, 47 ha. Factors affecting changes in land use and activity that tourists jumla and service facilities.
